Good experience
good job food service relaxing holiday cute atmosphere
The staff did a wonderful job. The food service at the bar were good. Our holiday was relaxing, thanks to the hotel team. The atmosphere was cute.
The air conditioning system seemed a bit weak at times.

The room had plenty wardrobe space and a free safe. A fridge was also available. The balcony provided enough space, it was nice.

The location was great. I could walk to the beach in approximately five minutes. Many bars and restaurants are located close by, this was so convenient.

dirty mirror bad bathroom smell
the room was not very clean, there were fingerprints all over the television. the mirror was also dirty. i think the vatter stinks so badly. i went down to the reception to resolve it and if its possible to change our room, but they said no because the hotel is full. so disappointing.

Excellent value with activities
friendly staff fresh towels great food choices
The staff were friendly. The rooms had daily cleaning with fresh towels provided. I found excellent food choices in the dining area. The hotel's proximity to shops is also a plus. The beach is very close too.
The queues for the bar were a little slow during peak times. It could have been faster.

The reception staff were very professional. They were cute upon arrival. The dining room staff worked tirelessly. The staff also seemed friendly overall. The cleaning service performed daily tasks well.

Acceptable Stay with Lingering Issues
thin wall cold breakfast
The rooms were cleaned and towels were replaced daily.
The walls were thin , and I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms, including snoring and conversations. The poor soundproofing made it difficult to relax. the breakfast was consistently cold , and the pancakes were often burnt.
